Differentiation of the content of physical education lessons taking into account indicators of the state of the cardiorespiratory system of pupils in the secondary school

Purpose: to study the dynamics of cardiorespiratory system indicators 13-14-year-old pupils under influence differentiated content physical education lessons. Material and methods: 103 comprehensive school No. 150 Kharkov took part in research. The methods were used research: theoretical analysis synthesis scientific-methodological literature; biomedical (tonometry, pulsometry, spirometry); pedagogical experiment; mathematical statistics. Results: level functioning is below average. Taking into account functional state cardiovascular respiratory systems pupils, lessons differentiated; development implementation exercise complexes aimed at increasing above indicators. Conclusions: as a result introduction developed characterizing experimental groups, there reliable positive changes all studied parameters (p<0,05-0,001).
